The Primal Way Digest – 13 December 2016
Welcome to another edition of The Primal Way Digest, bringing you the latest science, articles, videos, podcasts and anything else related to health, performance and optimizing your life!
Hello Primal Tribe, welcome to another edition of The Primal Way Digest. Opening this week is a huge finding in the scientific community – Parkinson’s now linked to gut health! This has been something that has been proposed for a while and now it seems the evidence is growing even larger. As you know, I preach about the importance of gut health all the time, and now we see that it can even effect our brain health. In the video section there is a good video from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition founder Reed Davis on how stress is making you fat (and unhealthy). There is also a fantastic video called The Lie We Live, putting the problems of modern life into perspective. And of course, plenty of articles on optimizing your health.
This section is for those that enjoy (and have access to) the nitty gritty sciency stuff
