The Primal Way Digest – 25 September 2016
Welcome to another edition of The Primal Way Digest, bringing you the latest science, articles, videos, podcasts and anything else related to health, performance and optimizing your life!
Hello Primal Tribe, welcome to another edition of The Primal Way Digest. Sorry for the delay in posting but I’ve been busy between school and working on some side gigs. I’ve got a lot of articles and videos for you this week to make up for my absence. Some really good stuff on ketosis and cancer, some more support for an omnivore diet, the importance of lats in the deadlift, more support for healthy fats and some great TEDx videos. Also, a new documentary is available on Netflix right now called ‘The Human Experiment’ – this is a must watch for everyone. It covers how our lives are full of toxins today and how they effect our physiology. In the Nerding Out section I’ve put a whole host of papers in support of Evolutionary Medicine and Paleo research, many that Robb Wolf mentioned during his Evolutionary Medicine talk last year. In the podcast section there is a fantastic podcast from Chris Kresser on how to tell if you have leaky gut – a condition far too many people go undiagnosed with.
Another summit has kicked off this weekend as well – The Keto Summit! This is going to be an amazing summit covering everything ketosis and the ketogenic diet. This is one of the most talked about areas in nutrition lately and has been showing some very promising results in research and in the clinic. I would highly recommend purchasing this as it is available for an amazing price (I already purchased my copy!).

What I’m Reading
Quote of the Day
“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
