The Primal Way takes an integrative and functional approach to training, everything is tailored to the client in order for them to achieve the best possible outcomes – no cookie cutter programs. I follow a meticulous set of progressions and prerequisites to help develop and enhance every individuals potential.
Using various training methods, I focus on quality of movement and develop a well rounded physical aptitude. Too often people focus on 1 dimensional and linear exercises, but almost nothing we do in the real world works in these planes. In order to be a highly functioning human, we have to move our bodies in a myriad of ways. The body strives off movement – more of our brain is devoted to motor and sensory systems than anything else. Movement truly is medicine, nothing feels better than having total control of your body and being able to express yourself through uninhibited movement!
